FFL in NE Portland for Transfer

I may be picking up something from a private Washington resident and would like to know if anyone can recommend an FFL that is in NE Portland (near I-205 just over the river). Not looking for any in NW (like A Cut Above Pawn) nor SE (like NW Armory, Adaptive Firing Solutions, etc.). I would like to find a good one just over the river near 205 if possible that would make it so the seller doesn't have to travel very far. If I had my choice I'd just have them go to Steve at Adaptive Firing Solutions in Oregon City as he's my favorite. But just trying to keep the seller's travel down.

There is a fisherman's marine and outdoor in delta park, but you will likely pay twice as much for the transfer. Otherwise I do not know anyone over there, maybe look for an FFL on Hayden Island, it wouldn't surprise me too much. Fisherman's is open until 8pm...
