    Would have to look into the laws up there. It did say the guy was a felon.

    I think once your a felon, all bets are off as far as your civil liberties are concerned.

    Convicted Felons in Oregon can not possess body armor!

    Body armor it's self is not illegal, but a felon in possession is.

    Also it's illegal to use body armor while committing a felony... so take note, when you are committing a felony, don't be in possession of body armor.

    At least there's a distinction for "violent" felon.
