Sharpening the Infidel properly requires special equipment due to the one sided edge. Shouldn't be done by the "average joe".
 
So why buy one at all if you have to take it by the shop to have it sharpened?
Also, it looks dumb, kinda.

Hmmm. Well it's not a "daily use" knife. It's got one purpose, and hopefully it doesn't ever have to be used for it.

I suppose I just need a knife I can use as a tool regularly and is good for defense.
