Email Help

I hope somebody can help me. I use Thunderbird as my primary email program and my ISP is AT&T (Worldnet) Sometimes I cannot retrieve my messages on Thunderbird due to the size of pictures and about a year ago I called the ATT tech support and I was told how to download my messages on Yahoo mail but I cannot remember the address to enter in the username window of Yahoo. It is something like [email protected] but everything I try to remember does not work. I thought I wrote it down somewhere but cannot find my notes. (I do have my password fortunately) I am trying to avoid the 2+ hour tech support call to get this info. If anyone can help I sure would appreciate it!
