I don't know who the guy with the rifle was affiliated with but the "bystander" was hanging with the Marxist. It's unlikely I will be shedding tears for either one of them.

Haha possibly. I'm no expert but my gut says training/practice are more likely a factor than dumb luck. Especially since he only fired once (and 100% of his shots were highly effective). Then again maybe it's all down to the gun. They didn't say which gun but if it was a S&W 50, virtually any hit woulda been effective. Just not sure what to think about someone carrying that much steel on a dog walk.
