Does anyone make a bolt action 9mm?

Simplicity and reliability would be my guess.

It would be nice if it were magazine fed, but that would also add complexity.

Or at the very least not make it look like a sixth grader made it in a garage with random scrap parts that were laying around. It's a damned disgrace!
