The thread title kind of says it; do you make New Year resolutions? If so, what's your success rate? (Every year come January I see a bunch of new faces at the gym. By early to mid February they are gone. So someone is making them. )

No. If I need to change something, I just do it. I don't need some arbitrary calendar date to begin things.

However...I do try to change / fix / make things better, as they come up.
However...some years they come up more than what is needful....
