Are you using a holster with that, ir just the grip hook?
I wish I could use just the grip hook! But I'm a stupid lefty. Haha. I do use the grip hook though if I'm running out real quick and just have athletic shorts on. I'm not as fast right handed but I'm efficient and it's better than nothing. The grip hook works great. But for daily appendix carry I use a holster.

I thought you could get the Hamre Forge grips for either right or left (?)

I've been waiting for some Blade Runner grips to come back in stock.
Not with the hook. It would get in the way of the cylinder release. I may be wrong though. I've never seen a LH option.

The hook is actually nice for LH shooting as it's a great ledge to run my thumb on.

If I can offer a different point of view on the caliber vs capacity discussion or grips:

I usually carry semi-autos for my CC. However, I did pickup an LCR as a "Just in case wife needs one..it's point and click".

Then I broke my arm/elbow pretty badly. Like rapid surgery, in a sling for 3 weeks, non-weight bearing for 2 months after surgery, lost most of my grip strength, BAD.

That meant if I had to run a gun for whatever reasons and I had a failure issue with my normal semi-autos I was SOL. I didn't have the strength do the immediate action items (Tap-Rack-Bang). But with the revolver....I'm okay. It's been serving as my regular CC gun since the accident. Easy to slip into a jacket pocket with my holster...no need for a belt. Exceptionally useful when other options weren't available.

With that in mind....have a revolver in your inventory. It's better to have it and not need it, then need it and not have it.

Revolvers definitely have some pros over semi autos. Every pro comes with a con. With that said I don't care about capacity anymore. Crossing state lines is no longer an issue or even a thought that crosses my mind. They are more comfortable carry. Have one without a hammer is nice cause it can be fired from writhing a pocket. In my opinion the only downside to revolvers really is capacity (which is not one of my priorities). I like staying within the confines of the law. Whether I agree with them or not.
