Dan Wesson CBOB?

I've read that people have good luck w/ the Tripp magazines solving solving the failure to lock back - so, I've got one of those on order & two of their conversion kits (for the DW magazines). We'll see if the does anything to improve things.

I took my CBOB to the range yesterday w/ one 8-round Tripp magazine and two Tripp conversion kits (follower & springs) for my DW magazines (which convert them to 7-rounders unfortunately). I ran approximately 100 rounds through the gun with no failures and no (apparent) additional peening on the slide. Rounds were a mixture of 230gr FMJ Magtechs and some mystery-reload 200gr LSWC that someone gave me.
