I've a Winchester/Daisy 1000 I got used. Tore it down cleaned, lubed it, and shot the heck out of it.
sold it to neighbor kid + firewood labor help. Had a small stock crack but got bigger as he used it. Gun is 10 old years by now. Told the kid I would take care of it or get him a new gun as it was not his doing. Anyway. Oh, this is a synthetic stock. So I contacted Daisy to purchase a replacement stock. I'm not the type to gouge them for warranty on this type of issue. Several back and forth questions on what the rifle was and they turned up a wood stock for $30. They gave me next day response and I thanked them for the help.
Just a post for a company that helps out when needed.
