Oregon Counter Attack to IP 43

I'm not referring to IP-43, I'm referring to the subject of this thread, the counter-attack to IP-43.

We at least need something simple along the lines of "Oregon will not pass any restrictions or laws relating to firearms and their components, ammunition and their components, firearms accessories and their components or the use, carry, possession or ownership of firearms in excess of federal laws governing such things. This includes, voids and removes any and all current or previous laws already present. This law cannot be modified, removed, usurped or made void by the Oregon Legislative body or any other entity without being presented for a vote by the people, the legal voting population of Oregon and must be brought about using the initiative petition process." or something to that effect to the degree that it's legal to do so. Once that's in place, we can go back to actually running the state and maybe living within our means.

I'm still onboard to help out and I authorize the use of any of the above language in that its use is intended for the same purpose as the original language suggests.

Based on the contents of this thread Oregon - Does Anybody Know The Current Status Of Rep. Nearman's IP 8 ? it sounds like the "counter attack" IP-8 is dead.
