Convert 9x23㎜ Largo to 9x19㎜ Parabellum?

I'm curious how difficult it would be to convert a Destroyer carbine from 9x23㎜ Largo to 9x19㎜ Parabellum. Ballistically and dimensionally, they are pretty close, and such a conversion would simplify logistics.

I just got this guy for similar reasons. Hoping by the end of January to Feb it will be much shorter and quieter.
