Colt Targetsman Reassembly-HELP!!

I stripped down my colt targetsman, despite hours of attempting to reassemble i have failed to do it correctly.

I can get it together, however the trigger lacks tension and will not release the hammer.

Any Help wou be GREATLY appreciated.

Of Note: I have looked at the manual I downloaded and I made sure I have all parts in place. I have to be missing a simple step in reassembly.

Sounds like the trigger spring is either backwards or you haven't put any tension on it when installing it. JMO

After putting it down for the night (and yes you were correct), discovered the installation of the trigger spring was slipping each time.
