If you belong to any of the affiliated clubs in Oregon you can qualify. I belong to Douglas Ridge and the M1 Garand Collectors Club ($25.00 per year) and either one will keep my account active with proof of membership.

It is not, I believe no USGI produced .30 carbine was corrosive, even during WW2. What CMP is offering now was manufactured late 60's or early 70's.
