Best I can tell from your post you don't need a dealer. Form 1 the gun you intend to use with the ACP and wait for your stamp. Finding a good place on the gun to engrave may be the hardest part.
 
The ACP would not accept any standard stock so a custom adapter would have to be made to attach to the back of it. Sig wont sell their stock for the ACP unless its LE/government.

So I assumed that I would need a gunsmith who can work on NFA firearms to build a custom stock for the part. Plus I have not done a Form 1 before and wanted some help to make sure I dont mess it up.

The stock I'm sure could be sourced from any LE dealer/distributor.
If you need help on the Form 1 there's lots of knowledgeable folk here to help.

Thanks, I'll give them a call. I already checked with Sig and they dont sell their stock separately so I'll be sourcing my own.
