Caught on the Skeena River, using a spey rod. That's all I know, I have no clue what kind of lure, line etc was used.

WOW, I got one 65 lb on the Nestucca years ago, but that thing dwarfs it.

Back in the mid 90's I caught a 49lb king on the Humptulips, in high fast water and it took me damn near an hour to get it on the bank. That was using my med/heavy Lamiglas baitcaster, and 25lb maxima ultragreen. The next morning my girlfriend covered my back, shoulders and arms with Icy Hot, and it took me three days to recover.

I could imagine it what kind of fight this one put up on a spey rod. :s0152:
