The story makes no since. There hasn't been a timeline to import the Gerand's that I have ever seen so why would you lay people off on a project you never had?

This has been going on for years....I think since Obama's first term. It's been an on again off again thing. However I do agree it wouldn't seem it's ever been close enough to hire 41 people.

Ah the business cycles in life, I have to look at the bright side of this one. When these come home I am sure I would be able to pick up a nice piece of history at the right price.
