Short answer is yes. If you're worried about the charge loads you can reduce by 0.05 to 0.25 or upto 0.5 depending on powder burn rate. Slower the burn, reduce less, faster burn, reduce more.
 
I pretty much use only CCI 450s in my 223 and 300 loads, AR platform. At one time they were really easy to get. But just work up your loads you'll be fine.
