Take the dual OR/Utah if it's still offered, as the Utah form can be a little tricky.

Having the Utah is handy if you travel PNW.

Schedule it sooner rather than later, as I feel there may be some challenging legislation shortly.

Marion County was just about 45 business days from the appointment to getting the CHL in the mail.

Utah's arrived a few weeks (?a month?) later.
