Potential Issue Cannot post want ad - "wanted ad type" field is missing

Has come up before. There is no field for "Wanted Ad Type" and I cannot post unless I check the (nonexistent) field for wanted ad type. What's worse is if I add a screen shot to show the missing field, "something" recognizes that I have not checked the wanted ad type, and I cannot post the thread!

I reported this problem last year as well. No choice appears for 'ad type' and cannot post without ad type. :-(
