Actually the first confiscations came under the Roberti-Roos AWB law when foolish cali sheeple who had registered their detachable AK magazine SKS rifles wee sent a letter telling them that they were to turn them in or face confiscation.. because the goons found some technical loophole disallowing their possession under the totally unconstitutional AWB
