Up for sale is a 98% condition 1977 Browning Hi Power collector-grade chambered in 9mm.

This is a Belgian-made 245-series model (no "Assembled in Portugal" rollmarks). The forged steel slide has standard markings and proofs (see photos), a beautiful high-polished blued finish, a 4 5/8-inch barrel, external extractor, adjustable target sights; black square notch "Beer Can" rear with serrated ramp target front, standard hammer, thumb-operated safety, beautiful original red-backed checkered walnut wood grips with absolutely no marks or dings.

Includes:
  • Original, red lined Browning leather pouch / rug (correct for the year, brass zipper and muzzle cover).
  • Original owner's manual and 1977 "Browning Handgun Guide" (slight discoloration on back cover)
  • 2 original factory 13-round magazines
This pistol is in excellent condition and would be a great addition to the collection. I took photos in bright light to bring out any imperfections as to be overly transparent. It looks basically perfect in natural light. There is one small nick on the left side of the slide above the "NI" in Browning, one faint scratch on the trigger guard, and one faint scratch on the left side of the slide just underneath the front sight.

I'd usually never let this go but it's 2020 and I need the cash. My Tisas BR9 will do the trick for now :D

$1650 OBO. This is a collector grade, and this is the average going rate these days for this model in this condition. If you're looking for something cheaper, grab an Israeli surplus, Tisas, etc. This exact gun, albeit NIB, just went for over $2100 - Link Reasonable offers accepted.

Buyer pays transfer fees. I prefer Adaptive Firing Solutions in Oregon City, but I'm flexible.

Primarily looking for cash, but if you had a WASR 10/63 to offer we can negotiate the cash price.

Thanks!

I actually purchased this from a member up in Sammamish. It came from his FIL's estate. He purchased it new in the 70s and held onto it until his passing (hence the great condition, original case, papers, etc).

Beautiful :s0155: - Do you know anything of the Guns history?

Open to trade + cash.

Would be interested in a WASR 10/63 or other legit AK, 5.7x28mm ammo, a shooter grade Hi-Power, 556/223 ammo, Uzi Model a or Model B, etc.
