Browning A5 12GA shotgun receiver damaged. How to fix?

A friend of mine has a Browning A5 12GA with some damage to the receiver. There is a small dent that is keeping the bolt from cycling properly.
Is this fixable, and who would you send it to in the Portland area that could do the work properly?
