Recently purchased a new Breech Lock Pro press,
I'm having issues getting proper alignment when charging cases.
The case is hitting the outside of the die and crushing, there is about .010-.020" of interference. Now if I want to press in on the case at every load I can tip the mouth of the case into proper position and it will work, but this negates a progressive press.

This is what I have done:
Loosened the upper base for the dies, inserted all dies, ran brass up into position and then re-secured the three bolts. - No success
Loosened the carrier bolt to the ram, moved it clockwise a few degrees, still eats brass by crushing them on the case rim. No success
Emailed Lee to ask WTH?

Not new to Lee presses or equipment, I realize they are sub-par at times and do require some fine tuning.
This press was intentionally purchased for small batch loading when I don't want to run one of the Dillons.

So, the response from Lee was underwhelming to say the least. Being a Lee owner for almost two decades, I'm used to their QC. I even managed at one point to get their Loadmaster to run right which was a feat in its self.

Had tried their suggestions already though.

When I got home from work I dropped another hour at the bench and completely disassembled the carrier and tool head, started from zero.

Finally got it up and running after all the headache.

12 rounds loaded.

4.5 hours spent.

Back when I lurked this site used to have a bunch of Lee folks on here, wonder what happened to them? Get run off? Die off?

Sorry to hear of your aggravation. For the MOST part I've stayed away from Lee products with a few exceptions.

I'm probably spoiled with the customer service from RCBS and Dillon.

Hopefully you can get the help you need even if it's from fellow Lee owners.

You likely have, but have you switched the breach lock bushing the die is in? You could also do a 'dry run' and switch the dies around to see if you have the same issue with all the dies in that location

Multiple permutation but problem was resolved. Seed 3rd post.

Took complete disassembly and reassembly to get it properly set.

True, haven't had much issue with my RCBS and none with the Dillon.
