This is a NOS upper I bought in 2011 but never used. It was never installed on a lower, and is unfired.
It has the excellent BCM standard 11.5" barrel and the indestructable free-float Daniel Defense Omega-X handguard.
With the exception of the rail covers, it is 100% Bravo Company assembled.
It is similar to this upper with the Omega-X handguard vs. Lite (I like the profile of the Omega-X better):
