Please describe the issue better. As a gunsmith, when I think blowback, I am generally referring to a specific operating system. What actual symptoms are you experiencing?

The best way I can describe it is. When you load a mag with new ammo the ammo is clean and shiny after a few ( 2-3 ) the ammo in the mag is very dull and has a light residue that can be cleaned off with a rag. I could be going nutz and this could be common in the AR platform.

if you are shooting without a suppressor I would be alarmed.. you may need a heavier buffer and or heavier bcg to keep your bolt locked up longer, but if you are shooting suppressed.. Its normal.

Today I had gunsmoke coming out the bottom seam of the CPD mag in my 11" 7.62x39 pistol while shooting suppressed. Good times :s0114:. Never have seen it shooting non suppressed. Maybe way over gassed?
