I hope this is the right place to post this. Just wanted to give you a heads up about a great knife show in our area.
Blade Magazine's 'Blade Show West' is in Portland Sept 11th-13th at the Monarch hotel by Clackamas Town Center.

Most of the big manufactures have booths to show their latest and greatest, and many custom makers. No flea market stuff.
So, if you need a new knife, or just want to look at some very nice knives, try and make it.
Blade Sports has their cutting competition on Saturday at 5:00. It is fun to watch the contestants cut through 2x4's, rope, water bottles, chop golf balls and other stuff in a timed event.
And of course, there is always party time in the evenings after the show.
