Bipod options and opinions

Looking to purchase a nice bipod for my Vepr 30.06. Budget is $50 - $150. Would need to have sling swivel attachment and would be nice to be able to use pic rail also. Lots of height adjustment, swivel, tilt, pan and hopefully a sling attachment also. Rifle is heavy so quality is a must. Also would be used on other rifles as needed.

You can buy different mounts for a single bipod. I have a mount for a pic rail and a mount for a sling mount.

Also, there is only one slightly exposed spring, and it is not as violent when folding as say a Harris.

Harris would be my choice. Going to be hard to have sling swivel and pic rail mounting options at the same time.
