Question is:
1. Legal?
2. Not Legal?
3. Unclear and won't be established until someone goes to court for possessing one?
What i know:
1. Foster will not ship to oregon
2. Franklin does ship to oregon
3. Optics plant will not ship to oregon
4. Oregon law says 1 round per trigger press.
I interpret that to mean that 1 shot on the press is good and the extra shot on release should be good because that extra shot doesn't happen when while the trigger is being pressed (arguably).
But not being an attorney, my opinion means nothing.
Has this been ruled on by a judge or by the Attorney General in oregon.
Anyone know any definitive facts on the legality in oregon?
And before you point out that i'm a washington resident, i have secure storage in oregon.
