To prohibit the sale, acquisition, distribution in commerce, or import into the United States of certain firearm receiver castings or blanks, assault weapon parts kits, and machine-gun parts kits and the marketing or advertising of such castings or blanks and kits on any medium of electronic communications, to require homemade firearms to have serial numbers, and for other purposes.

Sponsored in Nov/2018 by Frank Pallone Jr. . Representative for New Jersey's 6th congressional district. Democrap progressive Communist!

Not much chance this bill will pass as written but no guarantee perhaps the last sentence won't pop up like cockroaches, getting lost in the hyperbole of text in other bills!

Sarco and other parts kit suppliers are not gonna be happy with this... considering that some of their AR kits are sourced with parts sent from Europe from surplus M16s that have had lower receivers and barrels destroyed.... mostly furniture and sights, but some upper receivers (A1 and A2 uppers)
