Yes.

The current tower would fit a firearm that does not use the magazine in the grip, example AR rifle. It is a metal Glock mag, grafted onto whatever tower came with it. I do not have the dummy bullet stack anymore. I never finished the project to make it function.

This is why it is price accordingly.

Yes they are. I am not sure what an mcg is.
If you are asking about manufacture, it is The Beta Company | BETA MAG C-MAG | 100 Round Magazine KCI did not exist when these were bought.
