I'm posting this for a friend of mine :

Washington County preferred but interested in all replies.

Need competent Smith who can do the swap, adjust headspace if necessary and custom throat (1/4 bore) to a specific bullet/load. And....get it done in a reasonable amount of time. Reasonable is a month or two.
