What an interesting predicament. Bottom line, there should be no Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives. It's not the federal governments job. Gun laws, like most other laws, should be up to the states. Immigration, I believe, is a federal issue, but the feds are so bad at everything they do that the states should be able to write immigration related laws that trump the feds, just like AZ has tried to do. Face it, everything the feds touch turns to poo. The less they do the better off everyone is.
