Apple may or may not dislike 2nd Amendment there're pretty quiet about it.
What they ARE is anti-rat they have refused other strong arm tactics (except for one unsigned update around the Pulse night club iPhone issue )
But I'd like to believe they will "play dumb" and profess they do not track who downloads just download numbers.

Google on the other hand will sing like John McCain in the Hanoi Hilton selling out every user under the sun. Heck they even have an office fir the FBI in their main office - there are picture out there with the FBI placard on office doors there
