I'm tired of the costs of auto insurance! No accidents, no tickets, no DUI, seldom using either vehicle due to Covid and other lack of travel, yet the costs remain the same. If I own two vehicles...a "go to the dump" pickup and a 2018 SUV, why does my 20 year old pickup cost more than the newer SUV? If I drive either vehicle and have an accident, the other vehicle is home, so why do I have the same coverage costs for liability and underinsured motorist? I get the different costs to repair each vehicle, but if my pickup is not worth fixing, why am I paying for the insurance? Insurance companies are "winning' because we let them. They have politicians in their pockets; have people like you and me who have not "rioted" about the high cost scheme and who never give back your costs when claims are not made. I'm a senior who, like many of you, deserves to stop the insurance bleeding. If any of you have any thoughts about how to start a "revolution", post here. I'd like to see some solid thoughts, not just an agreement. You can simply "agree" with a "Like" note. Thanks!
