ATF Declines to Prosecute Facebook Handgun Seller

The ATF has decided to not prosecute a West Virginia Man who privately sold a handgun to convicted Kidnapper and Felon Jody Lee Hunt a year ago, which was used to kill 4 people last week during a murder rampage.

ATF investigators determined that the seller was not aware of Hunt's extensive criminal background, and thus could not be prosecuted.
