"I was underneath my dresser in case of sneak attack when a television quiz show called and asked where I was at. I said "I'm underneath my dresser and they're pounding at my door", the audience went wild and the MC asked "would you like to try for more?", "YES, YES I WOULD !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Well, my mistake was somewhere between rushed price checking on CheaperThanDirt.com, a lack of coffee to help me do math correctly, and a typo. Regardless, I was clearly wrong, and I can admit that.

Brass scraps for $0.98 / lb. DiamondKBrass.com has mixed 223 for $65/1k.

$200 - that's two hundred, takes all of it: 55lbs of mixed brass, 13lbs of cast .40 bullets. That includes ~1k in .223, ~1.4k in .40

Sorry it took so long to correct the price - as I said in the original post, I don't have much spare time.
