Join the #1 community for gun owners of the Northwest
We believe the 2nd Amendment is best defended through grass-roots organization, education, and advocacy centered around individual gun owners. It is our mission to encourage, organize, and support these efforts throughout Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Montana, and Wyoming.
To change all the muzzle brakes on my AR Barrels I made my own barrel clamp. Two pieces of red oak clamped together and drilled right down the part line with the first drill size under the barrel diameter. Clamped it in my vise and got the job done. My biggest issue was with the "Armorers Tool". For some reason they make them too thick to fit between the crush washer and the shoulder of the "brake" or flash supressor. Have had to grind every one I've had to fit.
