The NiB carriers and keys are not chrome lined because NiB is slicker than chrome so it's not necessary. The non-NiB BCGs are chrome lined.

Thanks I was interested in the Spikes carrier for $60 which appeared in the photos to be phosphated or something other than NiB.

Yes that one is phosphate with chrome lining.
