hey guys how long are those Draco barrels ?......
I need to get an AK going someday, for some reason I'm an SKS guy....

Around 10-10.5"

Draco's have an 11.25"-11.5" barrel, muzzle to bolt-face.

For an AR pistol/SBR, I wouldn't go any shorter than an 11.5" barrel.

here are some loads and data from my testing and some loss in velocity for those who are curious


Most people are familiar with the power of a 44 Magnum.
For comparison sake a 200gr bullet shot from a 44 Mag at 1300 fps has a 750 ft/lbs in energy


HNDY 55gr 27gr H355
18" 3135 fps.........1200 ft/lbs
8" 2452 fps..........734 ft/lbs

HNDY 55gr 23gr IMR 3031
18" 2648 fps.......856 ft/lbs
8" 1986 fps........481 ft/lbs

Nosler 69gr CC HPBT 24gr AR Comp
18" 2876 fps.......1276 ft/lbs
8" 2332 fps........833 ft/lbs

Nosler 77gr CC HPBT 22,5gr AR Comp
18" 2668 fps.......1216 ft/lbs
8" 2109 fps.......760 ft/lbs

CBC M193 Ball 5.56x45.
Don't know the charge but I know these are loaded with WC732 very close burn to H335 These average
18" 3212fps
8" 2509fps a 703fps loss

HPR 75gr HPBT. Not sure on powder.
18" 2772fps
8"2200fps a 772fps loss

Barnes 53gr TSX
CFE223 (over published data
18" 3079fps
8" 2240fps an 840 FPS loss...

Barnes 53 grain TSX -25.5gr H335
8" 2290fps

Nice round.There was a complete kit at the shop in Sequim a few years back.Gun,ammo,brass,dies bullets.I was close but didn't...pull the trigger,sorry

I should have added the lowers are Anderson Arms 2 of them with DPMS trigger groups and one with a Rock River trigger set up. I have the equipment to build uppers but just found it easier to buy the BCM 11.5s because of time issues.

One of the pistols with the KAK extended buffer tube and brace spacer with the SIG brace is my favorite as the last three digits of the serial number is 666 it is all black with a 11.5 hammer forged barrel and I call it my Feinstein special as it is about as evil in her eyes as they come.

The PAP92 is as stock as they come, except for the 75 round drum. It is just fun to shoot.

My Zastava PAP 92 with a Sig brace. One of the cool things about this gun. Is they will easily accept .223 Galil mags all day long with no modifications. I also discovered that they will accept .223 Bulgarian circle 10 mags.

Because of the miss labeling of my semi auto AK47 as an assault rifle, I am real reluctant calling these type of pistols "assault pistols". What do you guys think of calling these type of pistols? I like what Steyr called one of there pistols years ago before the Clinton ban. The Steyr 9mm SPP. Which stands for "Special Purpose Pistol" Any other ideas on what to call them?

CLP? Tried it. Heavier dose was suggested.

Some of the pistolas here I like the looks of. At first looking into the pistols a few years back, no way. Things have changed with different bits and pieces that make them more luring
