Eugene/Springfield, Oregon. Palmetto State Armory Upper. No BCG or Charging Handle. Comes with everything pictured, including sights. The round count is less than one magazine. I attached it to a buddies lower to make sure it fired is all. It is pretty much brand new. From my understanding, the uppers do not need a background check, only the lowers, so I can meet locally to conduct the sale. $250 OBO. I would like to sale it within the next few days in order to fund another project.
