Appraisal - Luger

Hello everybody, just looking for some info. My friend has a really nice Luger that his father gave him and he would like to get it appraised. I have been tasked with looking into this and have some pics, but can't load them for some reason. If you guys have a good person, source or link on where would be a good place to get this done that would be great. I am located near Wilsonville. Thanks!
