Luger knowledge....

I have a p08 luger that I have pieced together over several years. Finally have it complete, but having issues with the trigger lever pin (small "s" shaped pin) keeps falling out, and I have to pulled the trigger way too hard in order for it to fire. I have replaced the trigger lever and pin and still have the same issue. Would like some ideas?? Or someone in my area that knows these that I could take it to. I live in the longview/kelso area.
