Anyone have a 3d printer and scanner?

I know this is a long shot but does anyone in NW OR SW WA have a 3D printer and scanner that could make a 1/8" to the 1" scale model of a Mustang Gas tank I have? I am working on a Off road trailer and would like to completely model it in that scale before I start buying steel and aluminum. I have the brand new fuel tank (which will be mounted in the Trailers chassis as additional fuel for my 48 Willys Jeep. Be willing to pay something for the time and materials.
