Submitted paperwork on August 2nd. My name is generic as big red bubblegum so I always get the end of the queue. Number was 26xx. However, I've had numbers this high before, never taken more than six days. Anybody in a similar boat? Thx for the input.

Does the FFL do no response releases?

Im not sure what that term means. Thx
Legally an FFL can release a firearm to you after 3 days of no response, at their own discretion. Although many (perhaps most) do not, some do. Of those that do, they tend not to count the first (when it was submitted) or last day so in effect it's actually a 5-day release… but still better than a 10+ day wait.

I really appreciate all the info gentlemen. I'm confident in the answers given. I was thinking of taking the post down. However, there maybe some, future world, poor soul like me with a similar question. Thx again

I guess the logic here is that on scale cosmic enough, 10 days is instant.
A little boy asks God how long a million years is to him.
God answers : a Second
Same little boy asks God how much is a million dollars to him
God answers: a penny
Little boy the asks can I have a penny?
God answers : in a second.
