I am exploring a couple of buy-in/buy-out options to present a prospective buyer of a residential property I own and would love a chance to talk with a real estate lawyer about my thoughts. Ideally, I'd be able to get an initial response or consultation for free or cheap, if I like the counsel and your style, it could very well lead to paid work to put together a deal.
If you are such a person, know a good one, or are otherwise significantly qualified to give counsel about things like structuring partial ownership or owner-carried contract sales, 1031 exchanges, etc. please send me a private message about it.
