any gunsmiths in the area that can build a 80% B.A.R reciever and parts kit

my father has had a Bar parts kit and a 80% receiver all nicely put together into a dummy gun/ beautiful paper weight for a good 15 years just never getting around to it. before i drop the large amount of money on a ohio ord semi auto receiver. does anyone around here do that kind of thing. i dont know of any gunsmiths or gun builders in oregon hence why im asking here. if this is the wrong place please let me know

im looking in the oregon area mainly but i would be willing to travel to washington than do all the ffl paperwork to transfer the working gun back to oregon if there is someone who can do it.
and by BAR. i am talking about a browning 1918

You are allowed by federal law to ship your gun or receiver for gunsmithing, without needing to enlist a FFL. Proper shipping methods need to be observed however.

He did a excellent job on my Russian Type III AK (Reweld). I have seen photos of some of his other work and it looks very good. No idea if he has done anything with a BAR.
