Any Good Gunsmiths in the Tigard/Beaverton Area?

I'm trying to find a gunsmith who can install some new sights for my pistols but the only one I found so far in this area is Revelation Arms. They seem to have a good reputation but I can't get hold of the owner...

Any other recommendations out here for a gunsmith? Rich's Gun Shop is asking $75 for each pistol plus 2-4 weeks wait time...that's just too much and too long.

There's a new gunsmith down the street from Tigard High School on 74th ave. called Columbia Gunsmithing.
Great guy that owns and runs the shop, reasonable prices and shorter wait times than average.
