Another Stupid Games/Stupid Prizes Story

If it was me? My answer would have been because he fell before I had time to shoot him 6 times. Her little SCUM was holding children at gun point. If her scum had shot one of those kids this same "mom" would have been making excuses for the scum. Trash taken out, tax payers saved a LOT of money.
