A lot of people like the Galco Ankle Glove but I prefer the style made by Alessi and <broken link removed> much better.

I didn't think that a comfortable ankle holster was possible but if anybody can do it it would be the crew at Alessi.

I have used an Uncle Mike ankle holster for some time now and have no complaints at all. The velcro will eventually wear out but I imagine that is true with all velcro. Not that painful to go buy another one at Sportsman's Warehouse when they are only $40.

I inherited a Renegade (made in Arizona) ankle holster I use for a J frame occasionally. It doesn't have any retention strap/snap like this one.. it's just all stretchy material, some tiny bits of leather, Velcro and lambs wool backing. Very comfortable.
